M' NAMARA TRIAL MOVES SLOWLY
Recess Taken Until Monday After Two or Three Possible Jurors Are Passed by The Prosecuting and Defending Attorneys.
Los Angeles, Calif., Oct. 20--Out of eleven talesmen, who sat in the jury box at the McNamara murder trial, at the opening of court today, only six were left when court adjourned until Monday.
Of these six it is considered more than possible that two, or perhaps three, will find themselves on the jury, as it is sworn in. These locked up tonight, after having been passed by both sides were: Seaborn Manning, rancher; F. B. Green, orange grower and Robert F. Bain, carpenter.
