Manager D. E. Crowley of the local office of the Alaskan Airways Inc. is in receipt of a wire from the head offices at Fairbanks of that company, that a regular airplane service will be inaugurated between Fairbanks and Nome, beginning November 15th. Trips will be made bi-weekly, or every other week, stopping at way points. Any goods shipped to the Alaskan Airways at Fairbanks for distribution, Mr. Crowley states, will be taken care of by that company which will also arrange for the payment of C. O. D. parcels etc.
