NO AGITATION OF MEXICAN AFFAIRS IS BRYAN'S EDICT

House Foreign Affairs Committee Will Report Unfavorably Resolution Introduced by Kahn.

Washington, July 9.-Acting in accordance with the state department's recommendation that it was unwise to agitate the Mexico question in congress at this time, the house foreign affairs committee today voted to report unfavorably the Kahn resolution calling for information of alleged official assurances that the constitutionalists might import arms from the United States by way of Cuba without interference.
