Student officers in charge of the event are shown above. Raymond J. Payne of Kannapolis is general superintendent and Hubert C. Woodall of Smithfield is assistant superintendent. Foremen and assistant foremen are Ernest Rogers of Concord and Eubert McLeod of Carthage, yarn manufacturing: Fred Misenheimer of Salisbury and Bill Friday of Dallas, knitting: John Mauney of Lincolnton and J. Taylor Shotwell of Henderson, weaving: E. D. Kearns of Greensboro and James E. Odgaard of Montclair, N. J., designing: Charles K. Watson of Red Springs and Fabe M. Clements of Greensboro, dyeing.
