Milwaukee, May 10.-At to-day's session of the supreme council of the A. P. A., the reports of the committees upon the international declaration of principles and the extending of the order to all the countries of the world, were adopted unanimously. The reports now go to the high council of Canada, and, if approved by that body, the new conditions will be put in force at once. The platform of the order, adopted and promulgated one year ago, was reaffirmed as the principles of the organization.
