Tickets went on sale this week for the big air show to be held at 2 p.m., Sunday at Homer Tully's airport, three miles north of Nogales on the Tucson highway.
The show features Herb Page, a former Nogalian, who is a brilliant stunt pilot. A large crowd is expected to witness the show, which is the first of its kind in Nogales in many years. The program will consist of comedy, blood chilling acrobatic flying, a soaring "batman," delayed parachute jumps, and various dare-devil events.
The American Legion, Amvets, and Veterans of Foreign Wars are sponsoring the affair and it should prove to be one of the biggest events of the year here in Nogales.
