Attorney.
Charges of selling merchandise last Sunday at their respective stores have been preferred against Thomas Michael, John Marcus, Steven Marcus, Frank Balsetto, George Abraham and Larry Cann by A. J. Findley, prosecuting attorney. In addition, John Marcus is charged with operating pool room last Sunday.
The defendants were asked to appear before Magistrate W. F. Starcher Friday morning and make arrangements for their appearance for hearings. The magistrate set the hearings for 7:30 o'clock next Wednesday evening and released them under personal recognizances.
