Martial.—We understand that, on Saturday evening last, the young men of Reservoir Hill, commenced the enrollment of a company of volunteers for the "Mormon war," and in a very short time the roll contained some thirty names. Saml. J. Fryer is spoken of as Capt. of the Company. Wm. Jones has, also, commenced enrolling a company in this city, and we doubt not, could raise a battalion in a short while. Let the President once call on California for volunteers, and old El Dorado will supply as many brave fellows, eager to fight for the supremacy of the laws and the subjugation of the fanatics and their savage allies, as any county in the State. We hear of but one opinion on the subject, and that is that the Federal Government must be sustained, and Brigham Young taught humility and decency.
