Court Proceedings.

The case of the Territory vs. Charles Mayo, James Clarke and John Ryan, charged with grand larceny, which went to the jury yesterday evening, was promptly decided and a verdict arrived at and sealed last night. This morning the jury brought in a verdict against the three of guilty as charged. This is the case of the three tramps who broke into the house of Hon. F. D. Cooper, of Eagle Rock, and stole many articles of value and destroyed others last May. They have remained in the Lewis and Clarke county jail since last spring, and are all young men with hard faces and the personification of regular tramps.
