ITALY, February 20.

Mantua has been finally delivered up to the French. Two hundred and sixty pieces of artillery, 669,000 lbs. of gunpowder, 1,167 guns and carbines, 2,210,000 charges of ammunition, with great quantities of bombs and bullets, have been acquired with it. The imperial garrison departed on the 17th of February by Verona and Legnago. They were allowed to take with them provisions for ten or twelve days.

Generals Miollis and Marnet have now the chief command in the Mantuan territory
