Quay's second libel suit began yesterday in Pittsburgh. The sensitive ness of the man to comparatively small accusations, in view of his callousness to graver charges specially brought against him by the World, is one of the phenomena of human character, or would be if the reason were not so plain in his certain knowledge that the World can prove its charges, and by proving them leave him nothing of reputation to defend in lesser libel suits.
