EDINBURGH, June 26. Since our last the following Sequestrations have been applied for to the Court Session, in Terms of the new Bankruptcy Act, namely, Mess. Fordyce, Malcolm, and Co; Mr. William Anderson, Factor. Mess. Johnstone and Smith, Merchants here; Mr. Robert Trotter, Writer, Factor. A Sequestration has also been applied for Mess. Francis Garbet and Charles Gascoigne, of the Carron Wharf, in the County of Stirling; Mr. George Home, Clerk to the Signet, Factor. The Houses also of Mess. William Alexander and Sons, Mess. Gibson and Balfour, and Mess. Andrew Sinclair and Co. have stopped Payment.
