Madrid, Oct. 15. We are able at last to announce a very agreeable and important piece of intelligence, which is interesting, not only to Spain, but to all the commercial nations of Europe. The ships of war Le Guerrier, L'Arrogant, and Le Guillard, of 70 guns each, making part of the convoy from the Havana, fortunately arrived at Cadiz the 6th instant, with treasures from America. At the departure of the express which brought this news, the merchant ships, to the number of 62, were expected every moment to arrive at Cadiz. An account of the cargoes of this rich fleet is as follows:

On board the three men of war: 5,225,135 piastres in gold and silver; 459 marks of wrought silver; 3 caissons of emeralds; 3434 seroons of cochineal; 659 of anil; 67 of cocoa of Soconusco; 26 caissons and 27 millares of vanillas.

On board the 62 merchant ships: 4028 seroons of cochineal; 234 of anil; 10 caissons of vanillas; 1447 seroons of cocoa; 99342 chests of sugar; 780 tercions of medicines; 21672 quintals of dye wood; 65 tanned hides; 37933 raw hides; 3406 plates of copper; 856 caissons of cotton, &c.
