Petrograd Declares Resulted in Victory for Cossacks Seven Miles From Mlava

Petrograd, Dec. 14. -- According to an official report from the front, Russians in a cavalry engagement at Jurominounn, seven miles southeast of Mlava, forced the German left to bury its retreat, to --
