She seems to have become completely bewildered, and, when found, had some blackberries still remaining in her pocket. She says that during one night, while lost, there was an awful thunder storm, and that two dogs-hounds- came to her in the woods and slept with her. keeping her warm until daylight, when they departed. She tells also of having seen an animal, which, from her description, must have been a wolf. She was found by Mr West Hackney, although it appears she was seen during the time by several other persons, who were under the impression that she belonged to some of the neighboring farm houses,-Jefferson (Mo.) Tribune.
