MOUNDSVILLE, W. VA., April 30.—As No. 12 local freight, on the Ohio River road, in charge of Conductor Bradford, was pulling out of the side track at Paden's Valley, at noon to-day, the passenger coach attached to the rear end of the train jumped the track, demolishing one end of it. "Luckily it contained only two passengers, one of whom escaped uninjured. The other was more unfortunate. His leg was badly jarred. Wes Hunter, the other passenger, sprained, besides other wounds on his body. Mr. Hunter is a resident of New Martinsville, but was formerly a resident of this place engaged in the brick making business.
