Full Text

Extract of another letter, Nov. 30.

"It is said the Ministry have certainly sent orders to seize some of the Bostonian ringleaders and bring them hither, but it is imagined nothing can be done to them unless they give them pensions or places. New partizans arise every day to espouse the American cause, and though the Ministry talk the same language they did, yet I do believe all will end in your reserving the legislation, as in Ireland, and the Parliament's giving up the right of taxation to your representatives. It seems as if they wished you would propose some plan of accommodation."
