Beach Denies Withdrawal
Plans For Delegate Race

JUNEAU, (A)--Ray Beach, secretary of the Alaska Republican Central Committee, has denied published predictions that he would withdraw from the primary election race for Congressional delegate.
"I am not withdrawing under any circumstances," he said in reference to the withdrawal prediction published at Anchorage.
Beach and Rep. Barbara Dimock, a legislator from Anchorage, are the two candidates for the Republican nomination. Beach is Juneau's city tax assessor.
