FROM TELEGRAPH CREEK

Eleven passengers were brought down the Stikine River from Telegraph Creek Monday by the Judith Ann, river boat of the Ritchie Transportation Company. Most of them had been guests at Ball's Diamond B ranch near the up-river town. They were:

Morrison Jamond, Richard Zusi and Dow Baxter, three University of Michigan students who have been in the Wrangell area for the summer; Esther Brady and Marilyn Nelland of Petersburg, Mrs. Brady the wife of a former Wrangell barber; Gay Harding, publicity director of the Lewis and Clark school in Portland, Ore.; Dr. E. J. Wheeler, Wrangell dentist; Pete Hamlin, Mayor Vern Smith of Wrangell, Mrs. Julia Callbreath and her daughter Irene, of Telegraph Creek.
