Musica Brothers May Gain Freedom

NEW YORK, Dec. 24. (UP)—Two brothers of Philip Musica, alias F. Donald Coster, the swindling president of McKesson and Robbins, Inc., who committed suicide a week ago, expected to win freedom on bail today.

They were George Musica, who went by the name of George S. Dietrich, and handled all details of the fictitious crude drugs department that concealed a $21,000,000 shortage in assets, and Robert Musica, alias Robert Dietrich, a purchasing agent for the company.
