The House of Commons did not break up until near two o'clock yesterday morning.
The Lords are all summoned for Monday next, to take into consideration the state of the nation, and to make inquiry into the complaints of the people.
Bets at the west end of the town run five to three that the majority in both Houses this day will be against the Ministry.
Yesterday seventy members of the Upper House dined with the Marquis of Rockingham. At this meeting, it is said, a spirited protest was prepared against a late determination, preparatory to the business of this day.
