The brig James Ramsay, Capt. Gunby, arrived here this afternoon, in 34 days from Gibraltar, which she left there on the morning of the 5th inst. and brings papers up to the 4th. They contain nothing of interest. The brig Marcellus, for New York, was left by her to sail in 10 days. We have been politely favored by a commercial friend with a Price Current of date 4th April. Flour was selling at $12. Cattles. Am. Sperm, 4 to 5 lb. pone and saleable: Coffee, Havana & P. Rico. 5 a 15c, dodo; Am. Rect, 7: Pork, 9 a 10, no sale: avea, ripe, 70 a 75; hhds., 42 a 45, brls. 30 a 35; ire, Carolina, 3 6 a 3 8; Wheat $1 90 to 1 95, considerable sales at quotations.
Exchange--Private bills on London, 90 ds. sight, 8 3-4 a 4 7-8; Cadiz 8 ds. sight 1-4 dis.; Malaga, 1-4 to 1-2 per cent.; Premium on Spanish Pillar Dollar to 3 1-4 per cent.--very scarce.
