Full Text
The New York Gazette states that a letter had been received there from Halifax, dated the 9th inst, which mentions the arrival there of a frigate from England, with news that the Chambers would not vote the indemnity, and that Mr. Livingston and suite had been ordered to leave Paris immediately. It is almost unnecessary to say that this cannot be true. We have Halifax papers to the 18th inst, containing what was considered late news from Liverpool, but coming to March 21, not so late by three days as the news which has reached us by way of New York. They contain nothing which could give rise to such a report as that above mentioned. [Boston Pat.
