Nominated For Hall Of Fame

NEW YORK (ANP)—When the 120 members of the College of Electors of the New York U. Hall of Fame cast their once every five years vote on the admission of seven more American immortals to the ranks, there will be four Negroes among the 186 nominated.

They are Paul Lawrence Dunbar (1872-1906), poet; Benjamin Banneker (1731-1806), Scientist who helped plan Washington, D. C.; Frederick Douglass (1817-95), abolitionist, and Isabella Hardenburg (Sojourner Truth, 1797-1883), abolitionist.
