LORD BYRON.
A gentleman who has just arrived at Boston from Leghorn, and who had a personal interview with his lordship, states that he has cast his fortune on a single point, to sink or swim with the Greeks— He is said to have purchased a brig entire, and embarked his whole fortune for the purpose of proceeding to Constantinople to endeavor to release a number of Greeks held in captivity there, mostly belonging to Scio. If he is frustrated, it is his intention to buckle on his armour and breast the storm of war.
