Later from Havana.

New York, March 12.-The steamer Philadelphia has arrived with Havana dates of the 6th. She brings 50 passengers and $1,000 in specie.

Business at Havana was dull, owing to the scarcity of vessels. The weather was fine and very favorable for coffee. Tobacco in good demand at unchanged rates.

The steamer Fulton was in port waiting the arrival of the Commodore and his squadron.

The Black Warrior had sailed alongside the government wharf, where her cargo was being discharged under the superintendence of the Commandant of Customs.

Nine American seamen, who had been a long time confined at Havana, had been delivered up to the American Consul.

U. S. steamer Corwin arrived at Havana on the 6th, and the British frigate Vestal sailed same day.

The Philadelphia brought three of the liberated American seamen. The remainder are onboard the Fulton.
