Another Triumph for Free Labor.—The Missouri Democrat, speaking of late foreign intelligence, says the Russian news is cheering. The abolition of serfdom is successfully inaugurated. At Moscow, the ancient capital, a splendid banquet has been held in honor of the emancipation. All the respective orders of nobility, clergy, freedmen, were there represented, and with one voice they united in commendation of the event. Thus the fetters have been stricken off from giant limbs, millions of human beings have been elevated to social independence, and the mightiest empire of the earth has added all the weight of its influence and example to the cause of Free Labor.
