PARIS, Dec. 31. (AP) The Matin, this morning, says that the allies have decided that the future Turkish capital will be established somewhere in Asia Minor, the details of the establishment, however, are as yet undecided. But it has been definitely determined that the Turkish government will be removed from Europe.

This is in accord with the decision of the allies to internationalize Constantinople and the Dardanelles, making it free to the world.
