Terrible Affray in Weldon, N. C.--A correspondent of the Petersburg Express, writing from Weldon, N. C., Dec. 18, says:

Yesterday evening, just about the time the train reached Dudley Depot, from Wilmington, two men named Fadlock and Richard Hatch, who had been previously engaged in a difficulty, met at the Dudley Station, when the quarrel was renewed.--Hatch collared Fadlock, and the latter immediately drew a revolver and shot his antagonist in the breast.

Hatch was not dead when the cars left, but no hope was entertained that he would live many minutes.

Fadlock fled as soon as he had committed the act, and had not been taken at last accounts.
