Labor in Russia. It would seem that the want of labor is felt now in Russia for special purposes. The Cross journal says, under the head of Stuttgart, that the Russian government has issued directions to agents in Germany to enroll a considerable number of workmen who are to be conveyed to Sebastopol for the purpose of re-building the town and works. They are to contract for three years, at one thaler per day, and married men are to have leave to visit their families once each year. Several artisans-- such as masons, carpenters, blacksmiths, etc., have already been engaged.
