According to word received here this week, William A. Scatena, Nogales business man, ill in San Francisco, will be at least a year in recovering.
Scatena, recently injured at San Diego, was taken to a specialist at San Francisco who examined him and found he had sustained three broken vertebrae.
The accident happened while Scatena was romping on the floor with several children of his relatives at San Diego. The San Francisco specialist said that injuries sustained by Scatena in an automobile accident some two years ago had not been properly healed.
