Washington, Aug. 14—(AP)
Secretary of War Stimson, obviously
stirred at the

maker" story, has announced
thorough shake-up of the Army
publicity staff which, he said,
will make another such incident more
difficult.
The reorganization, he told
reporters, had been ordered in
