Physicians Charged With Murder.

Manchester, N. H., Jan. 11.—The indictments found at this term of court by the grand jury have been made public by County Solicitor Tuttle. There are 85 of them. In the list is included one against Dr. C. M. Dodge of this city, for murder in the second degree. He is charged with having caused the death of Mrs. Carrie Maloon of Raymond, whose body was found in his office some time last October, death supposed to have resulted from a criminal operation. Another indictment is against Dr. I. C. B. Massacutt of Wilton, charged with manslaughter in the second degree.
