Capt. Salisbury, 29 days from Curacoa, informs, that the Governor of Curacoa still countenances the French cruisers out of his port; that Capt. M'Neil, of the Portsmouth, entertained on board his ship the Governor, and the Captain of a Spanish frigate lying there; that Capt. M. assured them, that no vessel should enter the port, but such as he would overhaul; and that in case the fort should attempt to protect prizes he would pour a broadside on the town. The Governor assented to Capt. M'Neil's intentions.
