Genoa, April 29. By the last letters from Toulon, we are assured, that there were in that harbour and at Marseilles no less than 900 transports ready to sail for Corsica, having on board a large body of troops, several pieces of cannon, and 1800 horses; this reinforcement composes the second division of the fifteen battalions destined for the reduction of that island. A vessel just arrived from Holland, fell in with above thirty sail, several leagues from the island, which are conjectured to be part of this fleet.
