A few additional precinct reports have put Byron Gillam of Fairbanks back into seventh rank among the candidates for the seven territory-at-large seats in the Alaska Constitutional Convention.

He displaced Warren Taylor of Fairbanks by 28 votes in their see-saw contest.

Unofficial vote totals were: Ralph Rivers 5,425; Mrs. Mildred Hermann 4,407; Katherine Nordale 4,001; Steve McCutcheon 3,555; George Sundborg 3,531; R. Rolland Armstrong 3,393.

Gillam's total was 3,077.
