They advise from Mentz of the 25th Instant, that it was reported there, that the Elector Palatine was going to take some Thousands of the French Troops into his Pay, and Garrison the City of Manheim therewith; and that on the other Hand, the Palatines will evacuate that Fortress, in order to march into the Duchies of Gulick and Berguen. That there is still a Likelihood of that young Prince of Sultzbach's Marriage with the French King's eldest Daughter. And that a perfect Harmony betwixt the Imperial and Bavarian Courts will also be Shortly restored and cemented, by an Alliance between the Electoral Prince of Bavaria, and the second Archdutchess, Daughter to the present Emperor.
