Re-employment Aid Planned By Agents

State Selective Service headquarters has announced a plan whereby liaison officers, affiliated with the 153 draft boards throughout Virginia, will assist men who are to be discharged from the Army in finding jobs.

The liaison agents will be appointed by Governor Price on the recommendation of the local boards. They will assist in returning soldiers to their former employment, as provided by the Selective Service Act, and aid in placing men who were not employed at the time they entered the service.
