Grand Jury Returns Bills Against Five In Different Towns.
Special to Times-Republican.
Hampton, Nov. 30.--As a result of the investigations that were ordered to be made at a term of court some time ago, the grand jury has recently found true bills against a number of the druggists of this county. Those who are deemed guilty of dispensing intoxicating liquor contrary to law are Harry Arthur, of Arthur & Anderson Drug Company, E. M Funk and John J. Marschall, of this city; C. A. Aageson, of Coulter, and John Relihan, of Latimer.
It is said that John Relihan plead guilty and paid the fine assessed of $300, but all the others think they are conducting their places of business in accordance with the statutes, and decline to admit that they are violating the law.
