RULE OF DISORDERLY ELEMENT TERMINATED

Rome, Nov. 28.—The control of the municipality of Milan has been in the hands of the extreme element for the last four years, and the disorders caused by the recent strikes led to a united effort on the part of the conservative element to rescue this city from extremist control. The returns from yesterday's municipal elections show that the conservatives have a majority of 2,000, thus terminating the rule of the disorderly element. The revolutionists polled 700 votes.
