Government Acts in Accordance With Minority Rights Clauses of Treaty

Vienna, Dec. 28.-Permission has been granted by the Jugoslav Government for the establishment of a Jewish state school at Gross-Betschek, Jugoslavia, says a dispatch from that city yesterday. The Jugoslav Minister of Education in announcing the Government's decision on the subject, the dispatch adds, explained that the school would be established in accordance with the minority rights clauses which Jugoslavia accepted as a part of the Treaty of Versailles.
