Atlanta Minister, To Teach
At FNIl Ministers' Inst.

Dr. Wm. Holmes Borders, pastor of the Wheat Street Baptist Church of Atlanta, Ga., will be preacher and lecturer at the Winter Ministers' Institute at Florida Normal and Industrial College.

Dr. Harry V. Richardson, Chaplain of Tuskegee Institute, will be consultant preacher and lecturer.

The institute will be held at Florida Normal and Industrial College, St. Augustine, Florida, Monday, Feb. 4 to Friday, Feb. 8.

Dr. Harry V. Richardson is Chaplain of Tuskegee Institute and for a number of years was religious adviser and friend of the late Dr. George Washington Carver.

He specialized in problems of rural life and the conducting of ministers' institutes at Drew University where he earned the Doctor of Philosophy degree.

He has done creditable work in other universities and for years has been successful as pastor, professor and adviser at Tuskegee Institute. The college chaplain is well versed in the problems of rural life. He is executive secretary of Rural Extension in the Southern states in a program sponsored by the Home Missions Council of North America and the Phelps Stokes Fund.

Dr. Richardson is on leave from his post at Tuskegee Institute to serve the Home Missions Council. Out of long experience in the ministry, Dr. Richardson is well able to deal with problems of the rural as well as the urban church, the work of the pastor, and the conduct of ministers' institutes.
