LONDON, Feb. 20.
French ships and prames, lying in the mouth of the Charente at Rochefort, January 25.
Each prame, besides her guns, hath two thirteen inch mortars, and is in length and breadth of a 74 gun ship, one deck, and draws only eight feet water.
Ships under the command of Sir Thomas Stanhope, in pursuit of the above fleet.

We hear that the embargo is ordered to be taken off several neutral ships in the river.
On Wednesday Colonel Nugent, one of the Grooms of the Bedchamber to his Majesty, set out with several other officers for Portsmouth, to go as volunteers on the expedition.
