WE are unable to get in a great deal of our matter this week, our columns being taken up by communications. We are always willing and glad to publish communications from our friends, but desire that they be abridged as much as possible.
New Advertisements.
Read the new advertisement of Messrs. Bowling & Willson, the popular and enterprising boot and shoe merchants. They have a fine and carefully selected stock of the latest, nobbiest and best quality of boots shoes, hats, gents' furnishing goods, &c., and invite an inspection. They also manufacture boots and shoes from the very best material, and guarantee a fit.
Be sure to read the large Chancery sales of valuable real estate by Polk G. Johnson, C. & M., all of which will take place at his office, in this city, on Saturday, June 4th, 1881, except the sale of 200 acres of splendid land in the division of the river farm of I. D. West, at Sailors Rest Station, which will be sold at Cumberland City, Saturday, June 11th, 1881.
Look at the advertised sale of 224 acres of valuable land in District No. 5, on June 4th, 1881, by R. D. Moseley, County Court Clerk.
A LARGE stock of very thin coats suitable for May, June, July and August, just received by PITMAN & LEWIS.
