Shirley Kyle Named To Baltimore Commission;
Resigns From Newspaper

Miss Shirley M. Kyle, a graduate of the University of Minnesota and reporter and acting city editor of the Afro-American Newspapers in Baltimore, Md., for the past 5 years, has been named assistant planning analyst with the Baltimore Planning Commission.

Miss Kyle began her new duties Wednesday. August 29.

She has been assigned to the Urban Renewal Section in the Harlem Park Area.

She is a native of Minneapolis, Minn., and the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Earle F. Kyle, 3637 Fourth Avenue South.
