HOUSE MILITARY SUB-COMMITTEE INFORMED THAT IT WOULD BE IMPORTANT
By the Associated Press.
Washington, Dec. 9.--Should circumstances require armed intervention in Mexico, United States would find it necessary to begin anew on its aviation program, the house military sub-committee on aviation was told by Major Foulois, former chief of the American expeditionary force's air service. "The most dangerous enemy the army would face in Mexico would not be the Mexican, but his deserts, mountains and climate, and to conquer the first two menaces, a large and efficient air force would be necessary."
