FATHER G. H. WOODLEY
CALLED TO NEW YORK

One of the most popular of the many fine clergymen in Alaska left Seward Sunday when the Steamer Alaska headed for the south. Father George H. Woodley, of Anchorage and Seward, has been called from his Alaska work to New York. It is not known whether Father Woodley will return to the North country which he became extremely fond during his two year stay. His host of friends hope he may return.

The successor of Father Woodley has not yet been named. it is said, but it is thought that perhaps Father Hayes or Father Turnell will fill the pulpit. temporarily, at least.
