Don Miguel.—Extract of a letter of the 16th inst. from Genoa:-

"Don Miguel, who had hired a country-house at some distance from this city, seldom appears in public. Some persons, however, who have his confidence, are admitted to him, and for some days there has been around him a bustle that has given rise to a thousand conjectures and rumors. It appears that a felucca, come from the coast of Spain, has entered our port, and that communications have taken place between one of the passengers and persons attached to that Prince."
