Loss to California Fruit Crops Listed

KANSAS CITY, Mo., Mar. 28-- (AP--Spring-like weather inching back into the West tonight as California packers estimated 20 per cent of some early fruit crops had been lost in a three-day frost.

It was clear in the low lands of Oklahoma, visited by intermittent dust storms for the past several days and temperatures in most of the region were rising slowly.

There was a prospect of snow in some sections of Kansas.

A late spring blizzard raged across northwestern Montana today, burying parts of Glacier and Flathead National parks under nearly two feet of snow.
