A Bill passed directing the choice of Electors of President and Vice-President by the people on the first Monday of November. The Governor has appointed the same time for the choice of Representatives to Congress. A Bill also passed directing the Court of Common Pleas to hold special sessions for the benefit of the Revolutionary Pensioners.
The committee to whom was referred the Militia Law of the last session will not report until November.
A memorial of the Trustees of Dartmouth College, praying for indemnification, was referred to a committee, who afterwards reported that the further consideration of the subject be postponed to the next session.
